When it comes to branding, content and campaign creation, a home full of beautiful, diverse spaces will give creatives the best bang for their buck while ensuring their options for creativity on shoot day are endless.
But what does this look like?
Impeccably styled bedrooms including a nursery full of designer decor, a resort-style pool with iconic lounge spaces, lush landscaping to rival a Palm Springs adobe and a crisp, cactus-clad facade are just a few of the box-ticking features of this gorgeous featured home.
Positioned amongst a backdrop of lush, evergreen bushland, the expansive, 5-bedroom Palma Soleada has all the modern luxuries of a five-star resort.
With a nod to mid-century mod yet incredibly sleek in its design, Palma Soleada is the perfect walk-in-and-go option for campaigns across homewares, fashion, swimwear and childrenswear and is the thing branding dreams are made of.
Sounds too good to be true?
Well, don’t just take our word for it.
Earlier this year, three powerhouse companies across the marketing, creative and homewares industries descended upon Palma Soleada for a content creating session and campaign shoot that utilised a few of the many spaces this impressive home has to offer.
Born from an epic, collaborative giveaway between Brandfluff, Recap Media and us here at Aloca, the lucky winners, Max Linen, showcased their fine European linens against the backdrop of the light-filled master bedroom and various outdoor spaces.
The Space was well lit with many different surfaces and textures to work with. Great props and a beautiful outside space.
The content created for Max Linen filled the brief as their luxurious linen wares were captured against the backdrop of a beautifully styled home—a testament to all the creatives involved and the host’s eye for detail and design.
How to boost diversity
Offering a range of diverse spaces within your home will better equip creatives and brands on their journey towards creating epic content.
This can be a combination of indoor styled spaces like bedrooms and lounge rooms and simple spaces like hallways, galleries, bathrooms.
Outside, landscaped gardens and lounge areas with a point of view combined with features like clean and simple pool design will boost the creative’s options, enhancing their ability to achieve long-wearing, diverse content that is both beautiful and economically sound.
Palma Soleada achieves this by combining clever styling in the bedrooms and living areas with a huge range of blank-slate style spaces such as the gallery entry, facade, bathrooms and various outdoor areas.
The pool area, the hero of this home, has a clear point of view while remaining neutral through colour and a refined, clutter-free design.
So if you’re looking to build a strong reputation as a go-to location for branding, campaign and content design while simultaneously increasing bookings (hello cashflow)… give the creatives what they want: options, options, options.
Minor tweaks here and there can certainly have a major impact and if you’re looking for inspiration on how to do it right, check out Palma Soleada now!
