How to Reschedule a Booking on Aloca

To facilitate easy adjustments, Aloca has made the booking rescheduling process simple and intuitive. Here’s a step-by-step guide on how you can do it:

  1. Login to your Aloca account.
  2. Click on your username located in the top right corner of the homepage.
  3. In the drop-down menu, click on ‘My Bookings’. This is the fifth tab down.
  4. On the ‘My Bookings’ page, find the booking you wish to reschedule and click on ‘Details’ on the far right.
  5. In the details page, you’ll find the option to ‘Reschedule’ on the far right. Click on it, select the new date, and confirm.

Maintaining open and clear communication with your guests is crucial during the rescheduling process. Make sure to inform your guests about the need to reschedule promptly, clearly explaining the reason for the change, and collaborating to find a new date that suits both parties.
