- Once your booking is made you will receive a confirmation email with our policies and then the morning of your booking you will receive a confirmation text with the code for the lock box to access the building. Please arrive 15 minutes before your booking and depart within 15 minutes after your booking time is complete- if your time exceeds 15 minutes you will be charged an additional 30 minute booking fee.
