Nestled on Level 4 of a converted Australia Post building, this apartment exudes industrial charm with its warehouse-style interior, tall ceilings, and exposed beams. The apartment is always light-filled. During the day, it is filled with natural light by getting direct sunlight in the morning and later in the afternoon. At night, the ceiling lights designed to cast indirect up lighting create a very interesting urban mood in the apartment space, whilst the dim coloured lights from the city skyscrapers are just a glance away from the window. The apartment interior feels very solid due to the original brick walls from the old Australia Post building. It is insulated well, the bricks and well insulated glass windows keep the interior space warm during winter, and cool during summer.

The apartment is furnished with basic furniture, ideal as a blank canvas for a film team who wishes to dress up/ style the apartment for the shoot. There is one carpark space on level 1 which is accessible via a carlift and would only fit a standard size car. All production cars are to find on street parking.
