Welcome to The Whitehouse On Top. A recently renovated home, beach cottage at the front and a modern coastal barn addition out the back providing the perfect variety for photoshoot inspiration. Perched on top and drenched in northern sun with views to old women island, this home is centrally located in the middle of the Sunshine Coast and yet only 1 hour from Brisbane.
There are multiple unique vantage points for the perfect shot:

Linear board white exterior across the entire house as the perfect backdrop.
Covered north facing deck with white outdoor shutters for filtered sunshine/green backdrop as desired.
Outdoor BBQ kitchen with mosaic tiled splashback.
Front cottage entryway with greyed accoya decking and character filled pencil pine boundary garden.

Pool space featuring bench seating against a white linear board fence, greyed accoya decking, outdoor shower and the backdrop of the master retreat with its surging raked roofline…

North facing Master retreat with extra high, soaring VJ ceilings, brush box timber floors, character VJ headboard, bench seating and shear linen curtains opening onto the pool, French doors opening onto the courtyard.
Master ensuite with natural light, floor to ceiling tiles, large shower and full width shower nook, brush box vanity with nude concrete basin.
Classic light filled white kitchen with large stone island bench and walk in pantry, wine fridge.

- No adult content under any circumstances. Catering and food/drink consumption onsite with written permission prior. Given the White House and it’s furnishings are very white (!) please utilise provided throws or bring your own throws or sheets to protect against fake tan and makeup.

Jodie and Andrew were excellent hosts and their home was divine with so many places to photograph our new collection for Desert Lily Vintage. We will definitely be back.

Jodie was fantastic and very accomodating for our office photo shoot. Our initial booking was a wet weather day and we were able to shift the date by 2 weeks very easily. Home was presented amazingly well.
