The Shore is a boutique holiday property located in Gerringong on the NSW South Coast. We take barefoot luxury to the next level, on the shores of Werri Beach.

Warm minimal interiors with a mediterranean feel sets the scene for a backdrop that is able to work seamlessly with any brand. Northern sunlight streams through the sheer curtains and pale oak flooring runs throughout, making The Shore the perfect place for your photoshoot or content creation.

Outside you’ll find ocean and mountain views, as well as a stunning pool area and lush tropical gardens.

Additional rules information
- This booking is for the purposes of photoshoots only, not accommodation. At no time should any of the beds be slept in. If they are found the be slept in, or any of the linen requires laundering for any other reason you are responsible for the associated cost. - Children must be supervised at all times, particularly around fencing, pools, stairs, balconies, cleaning chemicals, kitchen utensils and fireplaces. The owners are not responsible for any children visiting the property. - Clients are 100% liable for any damage to the property or its contents - Windows and doors must be locked and secured when leaving and when the client is not present at the property - Glassware is not be used in the pool area at any time - If furniture is moved around the property it must be placed back prior to client departure - If a locksmith is required to attend due to a broken or lost key, the associated costs will be paid by the client - Nothing is to be nailed, screwed, fixed, glued or taped to any wall, door or surface - All third parties engaged by the client are bound by these Terms and Conditions and House Rules - The property is not to be used for any criminal or pornographic activity, including online activity - There is a security camera located within the front verandah area. Footage of the front driveway area is recorded. This is for security when the property is vacant and does not affect clients. You acknowledge that you are in agreement and will not attempt to tamper with the camera in any way. - Prior to obtaining access you will be required to provide a list of all names of those who will be at the property on your booking date.
