Welcome to our 1970 fully renovated Beach Shack. The Huxley Bilinga boasts sun filled rooms and the highest quality Coastal furnishings, fostering a beautifully vivid photography and filming environment. The lap pool area is breathtaking in both view and vibe, extravagant in every detail and the ideal canvas for your shoot with a 10m long ledge to sit on and show off all things summer and fun. Every area of the house is available for you to enjoy from the brand new fully equipped Hampton kitchen to the VJ walls and flowing sheer curtains in both the main house and the guest house.  The grassed front courtyard is framed by the Hampton fence and sprinkled with beautiful flowers and garden beds. there are 4 pushbikes, coastal umbrellas, soft lighting, neutral pillows, lime washed hardwood floors, linen bed covers, double secure carport and best of all, a view of the mountains and planes landing.
