Nestled in the hills in the heart of Byron with all-day sun and stunning views.

The pool area is surrounded by beautiful tropical landscaping and has a hinterland sunset view. The adjoining cabana is whitewashed with a bamboo roof which provides a beautiful shading pattern on the wall. There’s a BBQ, wood fired pizza oven, tap and fridge in the outdoor kitchen area and a large custom made square table with a built in sofa in the dining area. All of the cabana, including the table and built in sofa are rendered white to give it a European look. The pool area gets all day sun.

The house is modern and minimalist with an artsy twist. There are dark floorboards and white walls throughout the house with splashes of colour and large artwork. There is also a lot of custom built in shelves in a mix of render and dark stained plywood which is useful for displaying products.

Every room in the house has a beautiful uninterrupted view stretching over 180 degrees from the ocean to the hinterlands. Its a lovely and bright space to work in.
