Sundowner | European-Style Pool Cabana & Modern Home | Byron Shire, NSW

Perched in the hills of Byron Shire, Sundowner is a private, light-soaked shoot location where panoramic views, European styling, and modern architectural details come together in perfect balance. From morning light to golden-hour sunsets, the property captures uninterrupted 180-degree views across the hinterland and ocean—offering a high-impact natural backdrop for fashion campaigns, lifestyle content, editorial shoots, and product storytelling.

At the heart of the property is the pool zone, surrounded by lush tropical landscaping and anchored by an all-white rendered cabana that wouldn’t feel out of place in Ibiza or the Greek Islands. The bamboo-roofed canopy casts beautiful shadows across the white walls, while the outdoor kitchen—complete with wood-fired pizza oven, BBQ, fridge and tap—makes it ideal for styled food shoots and social-led entertaining content. The large built-in rendered table and sofa provide a sculptural centrepiece for group dining scenes, laid-back product shoots, or sun-drenched fashion stills.

Inside, the home is modern and minimalist with an artistic edge—featuring dark timber floorboards, white walls, and curated pops of colour through large-scale artwork and styling objects. Custom-built shelving in a mix of render and dark-stained plywood offers multiple layers for product placement or lifestyle vignettes.

Every room is positioned to maximise light and views, creating a fluid, shoot-friendly environment that shifts naturally from interior calm to expansive outdoor drama. Whether you’re capturing relaxed wellness narratives, bold editorial content or elevated brand visuals, Sundowner delivers high production value with a distinctly Byron energy.

With flat usable zones, easy access, and a host open to styling and content-based bookings, this is a standout multi-zone location designed to elevate your shoot from start to finish.
