Children to be supervised at all times. Additional fees may apply in the form of a bond for certain events. Fees negotiable across certain terms. Clients must have insurance. No nudity / only fans / adult industry bookings and content to be produced. Any rearranging of furniture to be requested by the Guest to the Host. All Guest vehicles to abide by street parking laws including not parking over driveways. A list of Guest names must be submitted to the Host prior to booking. Pricing inc of GST Extended hours from original booking will incur an additional 20% on hourly rate. Use of the pool is done so at person/s own risk. House must be left in the condition it was upon arrival. Please remove all rubbish.
