Rolling Seas began its life as a family home. Today, it is a destination in itself, a home away from home with elevated extras. Beautiful in its rawness, the property’s original foundation sets a relaxed scene for modern luxuries, natural materials, and colourful interventions that echo Bilinga’s golden sand and unspoiled ocean.
We believe a great villa involves a myriad of elements: the location, the aesthetic, the amenities, and a sense of je ne sais quoi, an intrinsic appeal that cannot be named but makes you want to stay forever. - Terms & Conditions Rolling Seas has a strict occupancy limit of 12 crew (maximum) on site during film & photography shoots at any one time. Any additional persons on site must be pre-approved by the owners in writing, at the time of booking.The Company/Partner engaging Rolling Seas as a location for means of film and photography must take full responsibility of talent and/or crew on location for the duration of the shoot.The Company/Partner engaging Rolling Seas as a location is solely responsible for any equipment and/or merchandise brought on site for the duration of photoshoot. Damage incurred to equipment and/or merchandise onsite is the sole responsibility of the party shooting at Rolling Seas. Rolling Seas as a location is provided to The Company/Partner engaging the site as a location as a completely styled home. In the event that Rolling Seas property is damaged and or décor elements are removed from Rolling Seas, The Company/Partner engaging the site as a location will be invoiced for damages and or theft accordingly. With the exception of assistance dogs, guests of Rolling Seas are not permitted to bring any animals onto the estate. Given Rolling Seas is first and foremost an accommodation offering all elements of décor on site have been styled with overnighting guests needs at the fore. Delivery of Props / Packages prior to shoot day is the sole responsibility of the Company/ Partner engaging Rolling Seas as a shoot location. Rolling Seas kindly requests that all props/packages are delivered to the location within the allocated times of the confirmed film & photography booking. Kindly note that Rolling Seas Management will be on site at all times during photography bookings. Rolling Seas is a family home and we partner exclusively with brands that resonate with, and respect our values. In consideration of all members of our community, we restrict certain content and as such, we kindly request that planned content/concepts are clearly communicated with our team prior to confirming your booking. Should a shoot run over time, Rolling Seas Bilinga reserves the right to invoice AUD$2000 for every hour over the agreed time. Engaging parties must return a signed copy of Rolling Seas Photography agreement at time of booking, agreeing to full comprehension of the enclosed Terms and Conditions. Failure to do so may result in the booking being terminated.
