Additional rules information
The house will be available strictly within the booking period, and will not extend beyond the scheduled period. No OnlyFans or adult content is to be produced. Any rearranging of furniture is to be requested by the Guest to the Host. All shoes are to be removed prior to entering the home. All Guest vehicles are to abide by street parking laws including not parking over driveways. A list of Guest names must be submitted to the Host prior to booking. All Guests must be fully vaccinated against Covid 19 and present a negative Covid test received no more than 72 hours prior to the commencement date. All Guests are to wear face masks at all times as reasonably able to do so (except talent during physical shooting times).
