Project X Coastal is located on Sydney’s Northern Beaches. This brand new 5 bed house offers a luxe modern coastal vibe, drawing inspiration from both Australian and Mediterranean coastal design. Natural materials are used throughout the home amongst a backdrop of fresh white walls with an abundance of natural light. Ceilings soar in each space with the main living/dining/kitchen zone featuring exposed rafters plus an open mezzanine level giving a real wow factor.
The resort type pool zone is spacious with an incredible background of lush tropical plants.

- We look forward to welcoming you. Please note this is a shoe free house :) We understand that models may might need to wear shoes, we just kindly ask that you could ensure the soles are clean from dirt, this is so we can minimise scratches and also keep the house safe for our little ones. No OnlyFans or adult content to be produced. Any rearranging of furniture to be requested by the Guest to the Host. Please ensure camera, video & prop equipment have soft footing to protect timber floors. The house is directly opposite popular Staples bakery - great coffee and pastries. 3 min drive to Seaforth Shops and 8 min drive to Manly.
