Welcome to The Pastel Palm. This brand new, colourful, luxurious beach house located on the southern Gold Coast.
This is home is unique with stylish & pastel coloured bedrooms, kitchen & wet areas, all finished with high end products making this perfect fit for any photoshoot or event!

The house has the following:

2 guest rooms have queen beds, timber wavy bed bases, pendants & brushed gold finishes

1 kids guest room with 2 single beds

Master with built in, rendered green ceiling height bed head with scalloped wall sconces & arched entry points on either side to walk in robe. Also features a beautifully finished high end ensuite with double walk in shower, 2 shower heads, 2 arched glass shower screen, a seat, double vanity all finshedt with gold ABI tap ware, concrete basins & feature tiles

Kids room/Rumpus room/Media room with Ecosa pull out sofa, feature wall paper, kids toys & conzoni table & chairs

Main bathroom features in all pink with tiles & rendered walls, huge walk in wet area with fluted oval bath tub, double shower heads, arched glass doors, ABI gold tap ware & concrete basin with natural light, pendants & wavy wall mirror

Laundry is huge & long with terrazzo look floor tiles, above head and under head cabinetry all in white with yellow concrete basin & gold tap ware & handles

Kitchen is complete with high ceilings & exposed beams and completely pale blue with 2 ovens, sleek built in stove top, double sink, open shelving and finished in ABI finishes and stone bench top with designer seating. Designed as opek kitchen, living & dining space with a serving window off the kitchen opening onto a Queenslander style sun kissed deck with bbq and seating options that also opens off the living area to merge all areas into one for maximum use of the area, making it the perfect photoshoot location!
