About this space

The layout of the house is open plan and very spacious. The Living room is  approximately 16 metres in length x 8 metres wide  and the height is 2.7m.

The unique design makes it easy to move around and bring equipment in. It can be used for many purposes such as film productions, meetings, workshops  or even photoshoots. It also has a  Cafe within the house with a nice set up which can be used if needed for film. It is fitted with a Commercial coffee machine so  regardless we can provide professional coffee for a set amount for staff. Also if needed we can provide catering services as owner is a qualified cook with a set charge once discussed.

The house has 4 large bedrooms with 2 ensuites and an extra large main bathroom with a spa. The bathrooms are fitted with unique designs and are larger than the standard sizes. The bedrooms are also very spacious plenty of room to move around if needed. Fitted with modern timber flooring upstairs and large marble  tiles which compliments the house.

The Oasis is filled with plenty of large and small diverse indoor plants for greenery. And many windows all throughout the house which brightens up the spaces for natural lighting. In addition it’s also filled with bright white down lights in each space needed so the lighting is exceptionally great for film or commercials. Lastly there are beautiful classy chandeliers fitted which brings so much character in the home too.

The Oasis Estate is chosen as it is a hidden gem unexpected within the suburban area. It has plenty space to move around including a well maintained garden and a patio area. The only thing we ask politely is that you clean up after using the space provided and return things as placed.
