This 2 level space offers a unique design that is perfect for photo and video shoots.
Featuring a luxurious bathroom, bar area, kitchenette and living area downstairs.
Once you walk up to the top level you are given beautiful views of Brisbane City.
This level is a blank canvass to work in, it has a pull down bed, soft white sheer curtains and arched doors on 2 sides.
This area also has gym equipment against the rear wall which can also be used for shoots or tucked away if necessary.
A small balcony shows off the unique brass wall lights and gorgeous handmade balastrade.
The heated pool area is also included for use in this price with beautiful palms lining the pool.
All furniture, fridge, power and decor is available to use and move around as required.

So I had a three hour photoshoot at this magnificent location. I kinda want to keep it to myself but that would be very unfair to the really lovely host. 🙂
Enjoyed everything about this space. The light, my god the light, every photographers dream. Not having to set up lighting at a location means more time with your client and more images because you can move around super quickly. Very grateful to have found this location. It’s not all about the location though, the host has a big impact on your overall experience and I cannot fault them at all, very courteous, quick to respond and friendly on the day. 10 stars from me ********** -
