Welcome to our Magical wonderland Bush property, Contemporary yet rustic of character. This 50 acre pristine property has lots to offer, the choice of locations within this property are endless, from huge moss covered boulders and multiple water springs, ponds and creeks, to a small overhang cave, a fern forest, masses of grass trees and an abundance of native flora and fauna.

The quaint cottage has a mediterranean look yet also an Australian rustic feel to it . The cottage has two stories, below the large living area with polished concrete floors, rustim beams and windows that concertina out overlooking the patio and spring fed natural pool. You will also find below a large kitchen with seating/breakfast area, the kitchen has a bit of an Industrial feel to it. There is a middle room that can be utilised for various applications and a back room that can be turned into whatever is required. The cottage is open , minimal and leans itself to creating new environments within.

Upstairs you will find two adjacent bedrooms of which the main bedroom opens up to overlook the beautiful bush surroundings and natural pool.

There is also a large isuzu bus on the property that has been tuned into a small appartment and there is a large warehouse music studio with raked seating for small performances.

The pool is spring fed ( in season ) with multiple smaller pools within the syste.
