Nestled just 5 minutes away from the beloved beaches of Adelaide, and a convenient 20-minute drive from the Adelaide Airport, our two-story, modern urban home offers a captivating blend of style, comfort, and functionality for all your creative needs. Situated a mere 30 minutes from the vibrant CBD of Adelaide, it’s a prime location for any photoshoot venture.

As you step into our home, you’ll be greeted by a spacious and grand entryway on the first floor. The open plan design seamlessly connects the kitchen, living, and dining areas, creating a backdrop of modern luxury. The kitchen boasts a custom wine cellar, a unique touch for wine aficionados, and is complemented by an adjacent powder room and laundry for your convenience.

The dining room is a vision of elegance, featuring built-in banquet seating, adding an air of opulence and individuality to your photoshoots. The living room is adorned with fresh, contemporary design elements, including textured rendered walls and large bronzed mirrors that add depth and personality to your shots. From here, you’ll be drawn to a breathtaking contemporary outdoor alfresco area, complete with an outdoor kitchen,  pool, and a pool cabana.

Venture upstairs, and you’ll discover a second spacious living area, filled with natural light and modern finishes. There are two neutral kids’ rooms, offering a versatile backdrop for a variety of photoshoot concepts, along with a unique gaming room. A large, light-filled main bathroom and additional powder room add to the practicality of our space, ensuring it caters to all your needs.

Throughout the home, the finishes are a harmonious blend of classic, neutral tones with hints of green that create a serene atmosphere, beautifully contrasting with the dark flooring, marbles, and various textures.

Please note that while we welcome photoshoots with young children, safety is at the forefront of our minds. With that in mind, we request that all bookings involving children have a guest whose sole responsibility is to supervise the safety of the children at all times while onsite.

If you intend on swimming in the pool or cooking in either the kitchen or outdoor BBQ, please note we require our supervision for an additional fee.

Please also note, our Master Suite (Bedroom, WIR & Master Ensuite) is not included and will not be available for access.
