- The Chalet is a new build. NO PARTIES allowed. Please respect our neighbours. Outside noise to cease by 9pm and music to be lowered to an appropriate volume. Only registered/agreed guests numbers allowed on the property. NO SCHOOLIES allowed. There must always be at least two guests 25 years or older. The Chalet is a tri-level property with lots of stairs and glass. We also have a pool therefore children must be supervised at all times. The pool gate MUST be closed at all times and NEVER pitched open. We would prefer if shoes are not worn inside the house. No stilettos. Please report damages immediately. If you notice something broken, please let us know so we can fix/replace it for you. Do not move fit pit. Please ensure the fire is out prior to going inside/to bed. No eating/drinking in bedrooms. No glitter or confetti. Please turn lights and AC/heating off when you are leaving. Please stack the dishwasher prior to leaving.
