Situated discreetly off Montague Road, our boutique Reformer, Hot Mat Pilates and Yoga Studio, exudes an alluring hidden gem ambiance, characterized by its captivating dark and moody elegance. Power Moves offers a luxe environment for those seeking a unique space for their upcoming photoshoot.

Standing out due to its aesthetic appeal and functional design. Featuring high ceilings, beautiful timber floors, charcoal painted walls and spacious layouts throughout.

Our studio boasts a number of versatile spaces:

Reception area: Our large reception area basks in the morning sun through its entire front wall, softened by sheer curtains. While stylish decor elements add a touch of elegance.

Reformer Studio: The reformer studio houses 14 state-of-the-art “Allegro 2” reformers.

Mat & Yoga Studio: Our spacious Mat and Yoga Studio comfortably seats up to 30 people for events.

Both studio spaces feature lighting that can be bright to dimly lit with stunning arched mirrors, including access to professional sound equipment and a curated selection of props in each room.
