You’ll have loads of natural light streaming through our main living areas and will be a perfect blank canvas for your photoshoots and products. The entirety of the home will be available for your needs.

- 1. No shoes in the house please - we have slippers for your use if you require 2. No smoking for the comfort of other guests who use the property 3. No parties or events (unless authorised) 4. All rubbish must be thoughtfully disposed of in our bin located in the sink or in our wheelie bins outside 5. Please turn off all lights, air conditioning and tv if used, and ensure all doors and windows are locked also 6. Please wash any dishes that you use and ensure the fridge is cleaned out when you leave (if you used it) 7. Please report any breakages or damages as soon as you vacate the property 8. Please let us know if you intend to use the kitchen for cooking, we may apply the cleaning fee 9. If pets are brought in, please do not let them on any beds or furniture unless authorised, for example you require them for your shoot to be in a bed (in which case a cleaning fee will be charged)
