Welcome to Arcadia, a boutique bush retreat situated on a 250 acre family farm in colourful Nimbin, NSW.
ABOUT THE CABIN
Arcadia’s first off-grid cabin launched in early 2024, featuring an incredible view of the Nimbin rocks and a raw granite bathtub overlooking the valley beyond. Tucked into a leafy back paddock above the river, the cabin has a vaulted ceiling and huge windows create a light, airy space. The southerly facing aspect gives the living area plenty of bright indirect light throughout the entire day. The interior is a celebration of texture, with rendered walls and ceilings, hardwood floors and a micro-cemented bathroom with brushed brass ABI tap ware. Throughout the space is a careful curation of books, handmade ceramics and dried florals, as well as a bespoke plant-dyed macrame hanging as the bedroom feature.
The cabin features both an indoor log burner and outdoor fire pit. The separate, secluded bath deck is surrounded by lush greenery and river stones, and a privacy screen created with aged timber found on the farm.
