4 king sized bedrooms, separate lounge room (pink), large 10 seater dining table in open dining/kitchen area, 2 x full bathrooms, 1 x powder room, balcony upstairs and a front porch, plus rear and side courtyard. This house is shoot ready and all set to welcome your team. There have already been quite a few successful commercial shoots on location and countless wedding photoshoots.

Situated on arguably one of the best streets in Fitzroy, this house is right on the doorstep of all that Fitzroy to offer.

The home boasts 3.4m high ceilings, beautiful stained glass windows, polished floorboards and is flooded with natural light. This fine home features, marble-mantelled open fire places, etched glass work and ornate plaster decoration.

This house is a short-stay rental and is professionally cleaned 1-2 times a week and there is a great deal of flex in terms of early starts, overnight storage and multi-day/extended bookings.
