No nudity / only fans / adult industry bookings and content to be produced. Any rearranging of furniture to be requested by the Guest to the Host. All Guest vehicles to abide by street parking laws including not parking over driveways. A list of Guest names must be submitted to the Host prior to booking. Pricing inc of GST Extended hours from original booking will incur an additional 20% on hourly rate.
