The kitchen can also be used for videography and photography.

No smoking or open flames: Smoking and open flames are strictly prohibited within the apartment. No pets: Pets are not allowed within the apartment. Liability: You will be liable for any damage caused to the apartment or its furnishings during your shoot. Insurance: Please ensure that you have the necessary insurance to cover any potential damage or liability. Time limit: Please stick to the agreed-upon time limit for your shoot. Parking: Please use the complimentary lift from the carpark for easy access to the apartment. Do not park in designated resident parking spots.
