About this space
Three Leaf Cottage is an original 1960’s beach shack, recently renovated from top to toe, whilst keeping its original charm. Surrounded by natural light and high ceilings making an ideal location for photoshoots or film production.
This feel-good space features a blush, copper and natural timber colour palette with fresh white walls and plenty of space to get creative and allow for multiple set ups including an open lounge with original timber windows, plenty of seating and feature rust armchair. The new kitchen features large roof windows for an abundance of natural light, a chic island bench and timber stools. There’s also an adjoining meals area with timber table and contemporary ratten dining chairs.
The neutral bedroom features high ceilings, timber floors, queen bed and double doors to the outdoor deck. A gorgeous bathroom features beautiful feature lights, high ceilings, roof window, floating vanity, bath and walk in shower. We also have a work from home space with white wardrobe and floating oak timber desk.
Stepping outside, a decked patio with BBQ, travertine alfresco with timber table and umbrella. There is also a large yard, outdoor shower and cubby that can be available by request.

We had such an amazing day shooting in this beautiful home. Ky was nothing short of amazing as a host and made everything so easy and enjoyable. Beautiful colour scheme and furnishings. We will definitely be back. Thank you so much Ky for being so lovely and approachable. It made our first ever photoshoot so seamless.

This property was absolutely stunning and the whole experience from start to finish has been immaculate. I loved that I am able to be connected directly with the owner of the property to ask questions prior to booking. From the first visit of the property with Ky to booking and shooting on the day, the experience was so easy. Ky was incredibly welcoming and her home is styled to perfection making it so easy to shoot a lot of content and images from every corner and part of the home. Thank you for a wonderful first time experience, we will be back. 💜

This was my first experience with Aloca and I loved it! The booking process was smooth and easy, the location was exactly how the images displayed online, and the owner was prompt and efficient answering any questions prior to the shoot.
On the day the owner was helpful and welcoming, showing us around prior to leaving us with the property for the shoot.
