Natural light pours in from skylights and large front and rear windows, while frosted glass doors lead to a plant-filled courtyard, adding softness and green texture to the otherwise neutral palette. The light can be easily controlled—skylights can be blacked out for artificial setups—making it equally suitable for daylight editorials or full studio lighting.

At street level, the space offers direct access via a bold roller door, framed by a striking street art mural that immediately sets a creative tone. Inside, you’ll find a mix of plinths, tables, and furniture available for use, with flexible layouts and removable artworks that allow you to fully customise the space to your shoot or event needs.

Internal wooden and glass doors can be opened to create flow, or closed to divide zones—offering added flexibility for multi-use days.

Additional amenities include a kitchenette, fridge, prep area, and bathroom, and the space can comfortably seat up to 25 or host 50 standing.
