Mid-Century modern furnishings are decorated throughout this spacious light-filled apartment. Unique touches like our grunge retro room for some darker film vibes contrast beautifully with our 70’s themed furniture and open spaces living. Our rooftop features pastel Palm Springs tones and constant light with white walls and floorings to be paired with a diffuser/soft board for the ultimate glow for your shoots all day long! Stunning afternoon golden light from 1pm onwards and a space that’s sure to meet the unique creatives retro style!

  • Due to the nature of our designer pieces some of the furniture will stain with any oil, body oil, fake tan, body make-up etc - for this reason we ask not to have any such substances permitted on our furniture. If furniture must be moved, do not drag but use two people either side to lift and carry Absolutely any damages to any items will be charged for on the spot Treat the space as your own, be respectful. Pets are not permitted - children only permitted if models for the shoot otherwise it purely is not the safest space for them (they always go for the spiral stairs and could fall and hurt themselves) If needing backdrops/extra lighting please advise - available at additional request If using record player please handle records appropriately If using piano please play gently No food or drink unless used as props/focus for shoot All make-up to be done in bathroom area only Any water/grease stains on travertine tops must be wiped down immediately to prevent staining. Outdoor shower is cold water only, please do not use in excess as the roof does not have adequate drainage for excess water
