As the name Watermanshome suggests, we are located in the suburb of Watermans Bay, within 15km from the Perth CBD. Watermanshome is a newly renovated home offering both a back garden (including alfresco and pool area) plus an ensuite bathroom for a place to shoot your beautiful content. The modern but classic backyard features marble paving, manicured gardens and timeless crittall style windows to create a beautiful backdrop for furniture or lifestyle campaigns. The dark and moody ensuite boasts stunning finishes and lighting to compliment the perfect canvas for any lifestyle or product shoot. Please be transparent with intended usage as this is a family home. Hours can be flexible with required notice, however in general we ask the house is vacated by 5pm to allow for our family to resume use. The owner reserves the right to be onsite at all times and will work from within the property at his/her discretion.
