Hi, I’m Dean, owner of Apartment 301 and on-site property manager of the Sun Apartments in Fortitude Valley. I also manage seven other short-stay apartments in the same building, and bring years of experience hosting guests, clients, and creative professionals. I live in the building and work closely with a dedicated team, so we’re always nearby to assist with access, logistics, or last-minute requests.
