I renovate and developer properties and this is my home and latest project in Albert Park! My current project is a vineyard In Gippsland where I spend half my time, so please comm with me about the availability of the house before booking! For return bookings, I may be happy for your team to shoot while I’m away so let's discuss! We have a digital lock and I can generate a pin code for you so access is easy. Please note I have two dogs, Queenie (15yo jack russell x) and Zoe (2 yo Ridgeback). If you love dogs that’s great they will love being part of your crew, they are well behaved and never bark, they will just want to hang out near you. They can also go to neighbour’s house if they get in the way, no issues whatsoever! Xx Ivy
