The Pool House is a large studio, swimming pool and deck situated at Scarborough Beach, QLD. It is a new, fresh build borrowing from the Palm Spings design element and is approximately 35m2 including a full bathroom. The inground, blue swimming pool is 7m x 3.5m and the timber deck measures 10m x 5m. The kitchen and bar area is a simple inside outside feature with an automatic retractable awning. There is aircon, a large timber fan and dimmable interior and exterior lighting. Furniture can be moved or removed. The Pool House is located 30 minutes drive north of Brisbane Airport and 45 minutes north of Brisbane city.
