Purpose-built for content creation, this refined natural light studio blends sculptural design with everyday usability—an ideal setting for creators, photographers, and brand teams chasing aesthetic clarity and flexibility.

From first light to golden hour, this studio works hard for your shoot. Morning sun streams through floor-to-ceiling windows, casting a soft glow across the textured surfaces, while afternoon light drenches the kitchen zone in warm radiance—perfect for lifestyle moments, product flatlays or cinematic video captures.

The studio is anchored by its standout kitchenette—a minimalist dream featuring custom walnut joinery and smooth microcement finishes. It’s as beautiful as it is practical, delivering a high-end aesthetic backdrop for content across wellness, food, fashion, or editorial. The overall palette of the space—raw concrete, limewash, crisp paint and timber tones—offers both edge and softness, with a range of tactile surfaces to layer into your visual story.

Flexibility is at the core of Base Studio Noosa. A rolling island bench, full-length mirror, backdrop stands (charcoal and white), and sheer curtains allow creatives to reconfigure zones with ease. Statement furniture pieces—sourced from top Australian interior brands—add editorial polish, while thoughtfully curated props (vases, greenery, books, and décor) allow you to shoot without needing to overpack.

Base Studio Noosa reserves the right to decline bookings at its own discretion. These terms and conditions must be read carefully before booking your hire at Base Studio Noosa. By booking and using the studio, you acknowledge and agree to the following terms: Non-Exclusive Use Please note that Base Studio Noosa is not an exclusive use site. Base Studio Noosa is a multipurpose space, so we ask that you be mindful of our co-workers who will be working upstairs, and keep your noise levels to a minimum where possible. Co-workers will be informed when shoots are scheduled and have been asked to respect your use of the space. When the studio is booked for an entire day, there is an additional 30 minutes added to the 8 hour booking to allow for a lunch break. During this time, co-workers working from the office upstairs will have permission to enter the studio and utilise the kitchen facilities. They will be permitted to enter the studio to access water and the bathroom as required. We appreciate your understanding. Studio Access The hirer will be greeted at the time of their booking and given a brief explanation on where to find things, use of the sound system, as well as use of specific lighting and equipment. Your booking ends as outlined on your booking confirmation. Please note that additional time in the studio (that was not booked prior) will be charged to the credit card used at booking, at the rate of $95 incl GST per 30 minutes. The hirer is not permitted to exceed this 30 minutes when there is a booking directly after their own. You will be notified upon arrival if there is a booking directly afterwards. If you consider that you may need longer in the studio, please book accordingly. The hirer is responsible for leaving the studio as they found it and for locking up as instructed. Studio Usage The studio is available for the purposes of professional photography, videography, content creation, podcast, co-working and related activities only. If you’re intending to use the studio for a workshop or event, please contact us at hello@basestudionoosa.com.au to confirm our space can accommodate you, prior to booking. The studio may not be used for any illegal activities. Your booking may be rejected or terminated if the Director suspects the studio is to be used for purposes which conflict with its purpose. Smoking or vaping is not permitted inside the studio or within 20 meters of the studio. Furniture, props and backdrops should be returned to their original positions prior to departing, at the end of your booking slot. We suggest beginning to pack up 10- 15 minutes early to ensure your booking does not run over time and a late fee charged. The hirer is responsible for ensuring that all members of their team or any guests adhere to the rules and regulations of the studio. Base Studio Noosa is to seek permission from all parties for use of any imagery or footage taken during the clients booking (this excludes content that the client tags Base Studio Noosa in, on social media platforms including but not limited to Instagram, Tik Tok, Facebook, LinkedIn and Pinterest). Base Studio Noosa will not use an imagery or footage for paid marketing purposes (eg. Meta Ads, Tik Tok ads, Pinterest Ads etc) without the client's written approval. Food and drinks are not allowed on any furniture. Please also be mindful of makeup, tan, oils, creams etc on the furniture. Any damage caused to the furniture will result in additional fees. Glitter, paint and confetti are not permitted in the studio. Pets are not permitted on site. Dragging of furniture is not permitted, please pick up heavier items with 2 or more people to relocate it. The hirer is liable for any damage to the floors, walls or furniture during their hire. Rubbish may be disposed of in the kitchen bins. Larger rubbish is to be removed from the studio following your booking. There are large bins on site in the car park however please do not leave anything sitting beside these bins. The hirer is responsible for the care of all equipment in the studio during the hire period. Any damage or loss to studio equipment or property caused by the hirer and their team/guests will be the hirers responsibility. The hirer will be liable for the cost of repair or replacement. Any damage to backdrops or the lime wash wall will incur a $150 repair fee, liable to the hirer. The sound system is to be kept at a fair level out of respect for the office above and our neighbours. Cancellations and Refunds Cancellations must be made five days prior to the hire date in order to receive a full refund (minus booking fees). Cancellations made within 5 days of the scheduled booking will not be eligible for a refund, however will have the option to reschedule their original booking. In the event of unforeseen circumstances, Base Studio Noosa reserves the right to cancel or reschedule a booking. In such cases, a full refund will be provided to the hirer if a reschedule is not possible first. Date changes will be accepted if notice is given 72 hours prior to booking. Base Studio Noosa cannot guarantee that the proposed date will be available. Base Studio Noosa reserves the right to decline date changes, or retain 100% of the fee if you are unable to nominate a suitable alternate date. Bookings are eligible for a maximum of one date change request. The date change must be within the next 30 days from the date of the original booking. Any cancellation or date change thereafter will forfeit the fee. Liability By using the studio space, the hirer agrees to assume all risks associated with their activities and releases Base Studio Noosa, their agents, employees, and affiliates from any and all liability, claims, demands, or causes of action arising from injury, damage, or loss sustained by the user or their guests while on the premises. The hirer acknowledges that they are solely responsible for their personal safety, the safety of their guests, and any equipment or property brought into the studio. Base Studio Noosa shall not be held liable for accidents, injuries, theft, property damage, or any other incidents occurring during the use of the space. This release applies to all claims, whether caused by negligence or otherwise, to the fullest extent permitted by law. By booking and entering the premises, the hirer confirms that they have read, understood and agreed to this liability waiver. Insurance The hirer is strongly advised to have adequate insurance coverage for their own equipment, liability, and other related risks. Base Studio Noosa does not provide insurance coverage for the hirer’s liability or damage to equipment. Governing Law + Jurisdiction These terms and conditions are governed by and interpreted in accordance with the laws of the jurisdiction where Base Studio Noosa is located. Any disputes related to or arising from these terms and conditions shall fall under the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts in that jurisdiction. Booking and Payment Studio bookings are paid for via our website booking platform (Acuity Scheduling + Stripe) or via Direct Deposit through PayAdvantage. The booking is only confirmed upon receipt of a confirmation email. Payment for the studio hire must be made in full at the time of booking, unless otherwise agreed upon with Base Studio Noosa. .
