- ADDRESS OF LOCATION: 7 Grassmere Court, Robina QLD 4226 PARKING: We do live in a small Culdisac. Parking is available in our driveway for 2 vehicles ONLY. For additional vehicles please pass on these instructions: Please use OLEANDER PLACE Parking. At the end of this street is a car park or street parking being a wider street. You can then walk through the ally down to Grassmere Court which is a 2 minute walk. Grassmere Court has NO STREET PARKING and Vancouver Drive is a very narrow street council have been issuing fines for vehicles that are parking incorrectly in this narrow street so its best and safe to park on Oleander Place and walk down to the location. This is only a short 2 minute walk! Parking - Shoot Location.png OUR HOME: This is our family home, so I will always do my best to accommodate you and provide a clean space in each shooting area. Available Areas to utilize for photoshoots are: INTERNAL AREAS Lounge Room Kitchen & Dining SunRoom - (second living space with Niche Wall Feature) Master Bedroom ~ Rendered Wall Backdrop Master WIR - featuring dark cabinetry and archways Ensuite Studio Room Main Bathroom (Shower + Skylight) EXTERNAL AREAS Pool Deck Patio fresco Back Courtyard - Highset Rendered Walls, Bali Door & Moroccan Backdrop If you have anything we can do to make your booking smoother, please let us know so I can accommodate you. BOOKING HIRE & HOUSE RULES: - PLEASE DO NOT MOVE OUR DINING TABLE - This is a heavy antique piece and is one of its kind - the top is not secured so if you do shift it might fall off. - PLEASE DO NOT - Drag our furniture - we have micro cement floors which can be damaged easily all furniture requires 2 people to lift and place safely, please ensure you put everything back as you found it before your hire ends. - Please be mindful of fake tan and makeup on our furniture. We have a beautiful white/cream aesthetic and would love our pieces to stay as clean as possible. - If our furniture is left with any stains we are unable to remove, please note any professional cleaning will be billed back to you. - Dispose of any rubbish in the bins outside or in the kitchen rubbish bin which can be located in the slide out cupboard in the kitchen. - PLEASE Report any damages and/or breakages in a reasonably timely manner. Damages to any items can be charged back to you if we are unable to repair or resolve it. - Please place any dishes in the dishwasher. - Cold water is available from the Water Machine located in the office room. - No Cooking allowed. External catering bought onto the property is allowed. Own food brought into the home is allowed as long as no cooking is involved.

Beautifully curated space to work in, with lots of amazing areas to choose from. Lots of soft natural light throughout indoor spaces. Inviting atmosphere created by the host. Would recommend and book again.
