Iluka Home is strategically designed with curves, textures, and tonal perfection, making it an exquisite backdrop for showcasing your brand.
Unlike anything else on the coast, Iluka Home has been crafted to perfection, boasting a expansive pool sanctuary—and it truly is just that!
The Mediterranean-influenced pool house spans 12m x 5m, adorned with arched entry points and custom textural render that captures sunlight, forming a piece of living artwork.
Inside the pool house, you’re greeted with a curved bar covered in concave travertine stone, topped with a seamless micro-cement benchtop.
Behind the bar sits a sleek micro-cement and recycled timber kitchen, featuring a sink with an artistic curved tap, a bar fridge, and a hidden treasure… a motorised bar that rises from the benchtop.
The dining space is kept beautifully simple, allowing the Indian-wood double-door feature to captivate the eye, while the limewashed wall evokes tranquility and sophistication.
On the opposite side, you’re warmly welcomed by an inviting teak lounge suite, which opens up to a large arched entry into the curved retaining garden bed and cleverly placed outdoor shower.
Continuing on, you’ll find two sun-drenched teak loungers at the end of the architectural pool, placed alongside a palm tree.
The show-stopping pool is a 10m x 4m oasis. Its curved end features a large wading area, perfect for relaxation and photography. Your eye is drawn to the wave-like steps that mimic the gentle curves of ocean waves.
At the far end of the pool, a large arched daybed area instantly demands attention, framed by vibrant pink bougainvillea vines.
Inside Iluka Home, you’ll also find a bright, clean, curved kitchen—currently available for use. It features custom arched bifold windows, tailored cabinetry for a premium feel, Tassie oak cladding on the curved island bench, statement lighting, and an arched entry leading to a spacious butler’s pantry. Inside, you’ll discover a second farmhouse-style sink with antique brass tapware.
Off the kitchen, a minimalist dining area awaits, complete with an inviting round table and an Ibiza lime-rendered arched niche that evokes a calming wabi-sabi aesthetic.
The guest bathroom/laundry, located on the lower level, highlights key design elements such as travertine stone, lining the walls and floor, cleverly extended onto the benchtop. A custom-made sloped sink with integrated feature lighting, antique brass tapware, and a fun curvy mirror complete the space. A toilet and shower with arched niches are discreetly tucked behind a sliding door.
Upstairs, at the end of the hallway, you’ll step into the expansive master bedroom suite—designed to be seamless, curvaceous, and a true retreat.
The walls are finished in Ibiza lime in a neutral palette, with an arched bedhead adding a focal point.
A large arched doorway leads into a walk-in robe, the size of a standard bedroom, lined on both sides with custom-made arched wardrobe doors.
Overhead, a moon-inspired design draws your gaze, enhanced by LED strip lighting that frames the entire ceiling.
Another arched entry leads to the luxurious spa-like ensuite. The space features full micro-cement finishes and curvaceous design choices that evoke serenity, complemented by antique brass tapware. A beautiful skylight above allows soft natural light to flood the room.
The master bedroom also includes a large window that looks out towards the pool house, along with many other high-set windows that flood the room with natural light.
