Damia’s design draws on European influences, designed as a Spanish-finca. Terracotta hues are present throughout both the interior and exterior, infusing the property with a warm, natural beauty and rustic charm.

The property takes in panoramic views of rolling green hills and glimpses of the Pacific coastline. The expansive rendered walls throughout the pool area, courtyard, and outdoor steps create a stunning backdrop for fashion and lifestyle brand photoshoots.

The spacious open-air courtyard, featuring an Argentina Parilla oven and projector, a gated pool and dining area with a Portuguese pig oven, and an outdoor firepit overlooking the hinterland, offers an idyllic setting for micro-weddings and events. A chef-ready kitchen and butler’s pantry are fully equipped to host your next intimate event.

Photoshoot teams will have access to The Barn Studio for hair & makeup, as well as kitchenette facilities, a toilet, a hanging rack for clothes, an iron, and a steamer.
