About this space

Umi is a beachfront Hamptons style home on the beautiful white sand dunes of boomerang beach on the mid north coast of NSW. The ocean views and the incredible sunrises and sunsets will give you a unique backdrop to your photos. You can almost slide into the water from the living room and enjoy swimming in crystal blue water. Our beach is famous for surfing and there are often surf comps happening in front. We have a lawn on the beachfront where you can set up private picnics or stunning long table lunches. We have sun lounges so you can create  the outdoor bed of your dreams.  Light the beachfront firepit for an even dreamier experience.
The large open plan kitchen/living opens completely to the beachfront and also to the BBQ courtyard. We have beautiful shady verandahs too.
Down stairs is a double garage and  library/office.

Upstairs we have 3 queen bedrooms and a bunk room, two living areas, an open plan kitchen and 2 1/2 bathrooms.
