We are opening just our formal lounge, entry, and front of house areas to all photographers, creatives, and brands, for a limited time only – at an hourly rate! No minimum hours.

Our luxe neutral Christmas themed space is the perfect backdrop for your Christmas campaign.

Includes use of downstairs bathroom, entry, hallway, staircase, outdoor areas and formal lounge.

The Summer House – Luxe Modern Coastal Waterfront Home – Aloca

Welcome to The Summer House, a brand new luxe modern coastal waterfront home situated in the premium north end of the Gold Coast.

Located within a private gated community, this custom built architecturally designed home, has dreamy water views from the minute you open the front door.

With an abundance of natural light and oversized spaces throughout you will find numerous vantage opportunities that won’t disappoint.

Externally we offer natural latte travertine surround undercover alfresco, pergola and entry, manicured grassed areas, tropical themed landscaping, and an incredible heated Santorini style pool and waterway as your backdrop.

This home is extremely spacious and oversized, with a waterfront outlook, luxurious finishes and textures – the perfect backdrop to showcase your business, brand or homeware ranges.

Additional rules information
Please treat our new family home as is its your own. No shoes inside policy, unless they are needed for the shoot, and 100% clean. Avoid sitting on any furniture with fake tan or oils, or body makeup as they will permanently stain our new furniture. Furniture can be moved prior to shoot day, please advise in booking. No flushing of hygiene items in our toilets. All damages caused to the property, landsaping or furniture and or household items will be billed directly to the client. Host cancellations will be refunded, or an alternate agreed date can be arranged. Host has the rightto ammend or add rules and terms prior to confirming service. Please allow a minimum of 48 hours for bookings to enable to home to be ready. Booking guest must have liability insurance, or we will cannot accept booking.
