Renovated Barn: The barn is a versatile space featuring a large lounge, lux black felt pool table, bunk beds, and a queen bed. It can be used as a backdrop for cozy scenes or as a lively entertainment area. The barn’s layout allows for easy transformation to suit various needs.

Welcome to Mango Vale! These Terms and Conditions govern the use of our property for photoshoots. By booking a session, you agree to comply with and be bound by these terms. 1. Access and Use of Property 1.1 Permitted Use: The property is to be used exclusively for photography purposes. Any other use, including but not limited to events or gatherings, is strictly prohibited without prior written consent. 1.2 Access: The client will have access to the property from [start time] to [end time] on the agreed date. Early arrival or late departure may incur additional charges. 1.3 Occupancy Limits: The number of people on the property during the photoshoot shall not exceed the booked amount. This includes crew, models, and any additional personnel. 2. Responsibilities and Liability 2.1 Client Responsibility: The client is responsible for the conduct of all individuals present on the property during the photoshoot. Any damage to the property or its contents caused by the client or their associates will be charged to the client. 2.2 Insurance: The client must provide proof of insurance covering liability for any injuries or damages occurring during the photoshoot. 2.3 Indemnity: The client agrees to indemnify and hold harmless the property owner from any claims, damages, or liabilities arising out of the use of the property. 3. Restrictions 3.1 Alterations: No alterations to the property, including moving furniture or decor, are allowed without prior approval. 3.2 Noise Restrictions: Clients must maintain reasonable noise levels to avoid disturbing neighbors. 3.3 Pets: Pets are allowed on the property if safe, and if prior notification is given. 4. Photography Rights 4.1 Usage Rights: The client shall retain all rights to the photographs taken during the shoot. However, the property owner reserves the right to use images taken on the property for promotional purposes only, including but not limited to social media and marketing materials, unless otherwise agreed upon. 4.2 Attribution: If images are published, the client agrees to credit Mango Vale as the location of the photoshoot where appropriate. 5. Governing Law These Terms and Conditions shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of Queensland. 6. Modifications Mango Vale reserves the right to modify these Terms and Conditions at any time.
