The warehouse itself spans 87sqm and can be seamlessly combined with the adjoining larger warehouse (278sqm) for a total of 365sqm of shoot-ready floor space. With ceiling heights ranging from 4 to 7 metres, exposed beams, white-rendered brick walls, polished concrete floors, and grand barn doors, the space offers a dramatic yet functional backdrop for film productions, fashion shoots, commercial content, installations, and more.

Originally owned by John Durst—the 1940s pioneer who introduced electric motors to Australia—these warehouses still carry the traces of their working past.
