Inside:

Inside features beautiful bright soft white walls, with a racked ceiling in the open planned kitchen/dinning area.
The front of the house is lined with floor to ceiling windows allowing for a bright and spacious feel.

The entry is a key feature with a 4m high dry stack stone wall which runs both from the outside of the entry through to the inside of the entry.

There are two bathrooms with the ensuite boosting a shower surrounded by butted glass which provides the feeling of showering on a ledge. The main bathroom has a beautiful free standing bath with expansive views. Both bathrooms are light and bright.

The open plan dining, living and kitchen has features of vj panelling with a large island bench and spacious butlers pantry.

Outside:

Designed on a split level, the glass balustraded patio expands out over the hill allowing for vast views with plenty of surrounding space.

The bottom entertainment area features a mineral pool with differing levels of depth. The pool has an infinity vibe with no barrier at the front of the pool, allowing for unobstructed views. The outdoor shower is a feature with a sandstone look stone wall backdrop with gold tapware.
