Known internationally as the ‘Booken Blend’ home, this off-grid, passively designed sanctuary is set on 22 acres and has become the pin-up home for simple, sustainable architecture. The open-plan home is constructed of glass, concrete, recycled timber and red brick. All living areas feature floor-to-ceiling north-facing glazing, ensuring this beautiful, consciously designed home is flooded with natural light and connects seamlessly to the natural environment beyond.

The Sandhill has been designed to have minimal impact on the planet. Booken Blend is a certified B Corporation and 1% for the Planet member, making it the perfect venue for purpose-led projects and businesses.
