Surrounded by blue gums and sub-tropical gardens, this GCCC-approved working kitchen offers a private, visually rich setting for food photography, cooking content, brand campaigns, and small group workshops.

The space spans 46m² across a fully equipped kitchen and adjoining dining area. It’s styled with a distinctive blend of rustic structure and refined finishes—think green cabinetry with gold accents, reclaimed timber cladding, and exposed roof beams. The layout supports both commercial functionality and creative flexibility, making it ideal for shoot days, culinary workshops, and intimate gatherings.

The kitchen itself is fitted with high-spec stainless-steel appliances, including two large gas Smeg ovens, industrial-grade fridges and freezers, and removable stainless-steel workbenches to accommodate different shoot setups. A walk-in pantry offers ample storage and prop-styling potential, while the spacious bathroom with a shower supports longer shoot days or talent turnover.

Filtered natural light streams in through a floor-to-ceiling window that frames the vibrant greenery outside—an ever-changing backdrop that adds life and colour to food, lifestyle, and editorial content. Whether you’re styling dishes, capturing behind-the-scenes chef moments, or filming branded culinary content, the light and layout make it effortless.

The dining area doubles as a creative meeting space, styled with a large central table atop a vintage Persian rug (which can be removed for extra floor space). It’s ideal for product shots, planning sessions, or even pop-up yoga and movement classes, depending on your project needs.

As a bonus, the owner is a professional chef with over 20 years’ experience and can provide on-site catering or create food specifically for styled shoots—bringing another layer of convenience and customisation to your booking.
