This is an amazing location with multiple spaces suitable for creating different scenes for content. The host was very accommodating and we had the run of the house, so were really appreciative of being able to get our shoot done with the owner leaving us to it for the day. Bonus was that the homeowner is actually a house stager! So the house was set up with a lot of props like plants and decorative items, as well as different furniture options and rugs that we could use to set up our different scenes. The physical location of the property looks onto beautiful greenery across from the pool too, so there’s plenty of opportunities for b-roll. The location itself is relatively quiet and peaceful. Lots of space for equipment etc. too. Thanks so much for having for having us in your beautiful home!
