Designed with creative teams in mind, this home is a canvas of rendered curves, natural stone, and earthy finishes—ideal for high-end fashion, lifestyle, homewares, and wellness content.

The outdoor pool area is the star: dramatic white rendered walls fall into the water, while a suspended winged feature wall with a square blue window adds a cinematic focal point. A large daybed nestled into an arched niche offers styled moments that feel like Mykonos meets Marrakech. The limestone-paved surrounds, beamed pergola, and eucalyptus latte poles create natural shadow play—transforming every hour into a different lighting opportunity.

The outdoor shower, wrapped in blue-and-earth toned Moroccan-style tiles, adds a resort-worthy vignette, complemented by matching accent tiles on the staircase to the upper studio. The entire home is paved in imported cathedral-laid limestone, blurring the line between inside and out.

Inside, the open plan kitchen is a study in craftsmanship: a five-metre-long stone waterfall bench, American Oak push-to-open cabinetry, and brushed brass fixtures provide depth and materiality. Light flows across every surface, yet distinct zones create styling flexibility. The marble-clad fireplace brings warmth and texture to the formal living area, while neutral tones keep the palette shoot-neutral.
