Villa Catalina is such a vibe!
Think, Palm Springs meets Mediterranean meets Coastal Beach House, then throw in some raw concrete and industrial style beams and you have an amazing and versatile photo and film location.
The walls are white, the sheers are white, the decor is neutral, the lighting is bright (thanks to the floor to ceiling windows in all the rooms and the massive bi-fold doors), the greenery is green and tropical, the heated pool is ice blue, the breeze blocks are breezy, the styling is simple, calming and modern, the rooms are large enough for all your film gear and the floors and staircase are raw polished concrete for that extra edge.
Villa Catalina really is such a unique and versatile space that you could shoot or film here 100 times and still get a different shot each time.

- Please be transparent with the intended use as this is a family home. Hours can be flexible with required notice, however in general we ask the house is vacated by 5pm to allow for our family to resume use. The owner reserves the right to be onsite at all times and will work from within the property at his/her discretion. Please be advised there is a mature pet French Bulldog X on site who will remain onsite unless otherwise requested by yourself and agreed to by the host.
