Available for photoshoots. Villa Raffia (aka Three Birds House 14) has been meticulously designed and styled by the talented Three Birds Renovations. Every single area in the home reflects the chic coastal vibes Three Birds is famous for and is carefully crafted with lots of white, clean and open spaces to shoot. There are several spaces inside and out to shoot from including alfesco, poolside, daybed, a hotel suite sized master, grand entrance, firepit and a grand room with fireplace and +6m high ceiling.

- The house will be available strictly within the booking period, and will not extend beyond the scheduled period. No OnlyFans or adult content to be produced. Any rearranging of furniture to be requested by the Guest to the Host. All shoes to be removed prior to entering the home. All Guest vehicles to abide by street parking laws including not parking over driveways. A list of Guest names must be submitted to the Host prior to booking. All Guests must be fully vaccinated against Covid 19 and present a negative Covid test received no more than 72 hours prior to commencement date. All Guests to wear face masks at all times as reasonably able to do so (except talent during physical shooting times).
