Villa Mallorca | Spanish-Style Villa Photoshoot Location | Mornington Peninsula, VIC

Perched on the slopes of Mt Martha with sweeping views of Port Phillip Bay, Villa Mallorca is a transportive Spanish-style estate that offers an unmatched backdrop for film productions, fashion editorials, branding shoots, and lifestyle content. Inspired by the rustic charm of a traditional Mallorquin finca, this multi-level villa brings the romance of Europe to Victoria’s Mornington Peninsula—just an hour south of Melbourne.

Crafted over 25+ years, the villa is layered with character and rich in visual texture. Rendered walls, hand-painted Mexican tiles, rustic timber carpentry, and eclectic furnishings come together to create an authentic Mediterranean feel—flooded with natural light and framed by sea views. The setting is warm, cinematic, and immersive, making it a rare find for photographers and filmmakers seeking a location that feels both grounded and grand.

The home unfolds across multiple levels, cascading down the hillside through rock terraces and mature north-facing gardens filled with colour. A dramatic line of pencil pines rings the property, adding vertical rhythm and old-world charm to every wide shot. The bay-view pool sits at the lower level, surrounded by stonework and coastal flora—ideal for swimwear campaigns, high-end fashion, or aspirational lifestyle shoots.

At the heart of the villa is its distinctive architecture and interiors. Each room is styled with personality, balancing rustic detail and curated elegance. Arched thresholds, hand-rendered textures, and layered design choices offer endless framing opportunities, whether you're capturing wide-angled stills or moving talent through scenes. An underground Bodega Bar adds yet another layer of mood and story—perfect for evening scenes, hospitality shoots, or moody editorial content.

Outside, the gardens are alive with seasonal interest—particularly in spring, summer, and autumn when light filters beautifully through foliage and every corner of the property feels cinematic. Even in its quieter winter phase, the structure and stonework of the space remain visually compelling.

Set within Mornington Peninsula Shire, Villa Mallorca offers not just atmosphere, but accessibility. Its proximity to both Melbourne and the peninsula’s famed beaches and wine region makes it a destination that’s equal parts convenience and escape. From high-concept productions to intimate creative projects, this space is designed to elevate any visual narrative.
