At the heart of the property is Linning’s House—a character-rich Queenslander home restored with care and creativity. From the king bedroom’s private dressing room and black-and-gold clawfoot bath to the French-doored queen bedrooms opening onto the verandah, every detail has been designed with visual storytelling in mind. The farmhouse kitchen, bathed in light from three sets of French doors, offers a textured, lived-in canvas of antique finishes and soaring ceilings—ideal for slow living shoots, food styling, or family-inspired campaigns.

The moody lounge brings an editorial shift in tone with navy walls, a chandelier, vintage furnishings, and a wood fireplace—perfect for cooler months and atmospheric winter content.

Across the grounds sits The Forager, a beautifully styled glamping tent that captures the essence of rustic luxury. The queen bedroom overlooks open paddocks dotted with grazing horses, while the restored vintage outhouse—complete with gold fittings, checkerboard tiles, and a white-and-gold clawfoot bath—adds an unexpected and highly shootable feature. Also on site is The Conservatory—a light-filled open-plan space framed by jasmine-covered living walls and vintage black-and-white checkerboard flooring. Overlooking the paddocks and 200-metre-long dam, it’s ideal for stills, interviews, workshops, or styled gatherings.
