The 130-square-metre layout is open and flexible, with white walls and beautifully worn timber floors that instantly lend texture and edge to your frame. Flooded with natural light and framed by industrial bones, this is a space that suits both stripped-back and styled productions—from editorial shoots and product campaigns to brainstorms, rehearsals, or even baby showers with a creative twist.

Two sets of barn doors allow natural airflow and a sense of flow between zones, while blackout blinds and poly boards give you full control of lighting when needed. The furniture is shoot-conscious too—beautiful tables can be locked together in custom layouts for meetings or cleared for clean-floor compositions.
