Welcome to my home, a suburban oasis nestled in the central suburb of Randwick, NSW. Our house is a unique blend of contemporary tranquillity and urban convenience, making it an ideal choice for your next photoshoot, TV commercial, or filming project.

Set on a sizeable 600m2 block, our single-storey home has a functional open layout with high ceilings and wide hallways, creating an airy and spacious environment. Built in the 1990s, the property features classic brickwork that adds to its unpretentious charm, adding warmth and allowing your creative vision to shine. We have used pops of colour in both fabric and artwork throughout the home. Indoors you’ll have 2 living areas to choose from, one traditional, one more relaxed, in addition to the open kitchen and dining area. 3 double bedrooms, 2 study’s, 2 bathrooms and a laundry are also available.

Outdoors we are surrounded by mature plants, whose natural beauty enhances the peaceful atmosphere. Lush greenery and wide-open sky over the pool area create an inspiring setting, providing privacy with no neighbours overlooking the space. The poolside cabana is a relaxing background to alfresco shots. Our built-in bar adds a unique touch.

You’ll have direct access from the garage for easy unloading of equipment, with 3 car spaces on our block, and unreserved onstreet parking just outside. Use of an electric vehicle charger can be included.
